Miss function and communication

The reason for my low review is: 1) loss of function - to get birthdays from facebook, to restore birthdays when upgrading iPhone, etc; 2) lack of communication about function - what happened, workarounds, plans, etc. For 1), there might be good reasons. For 2), it is disrespectful to app users and so deserves the lowest possible review.
